Refund policy

At Remedy Works Co., we take immense pride in precision craftsmanship. Because of the specialized nature of our shop, our return policy is split based on how your item was made:

Custom and personalized Items : Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or custom fabricated goods). Please review your specifications carefully before reserving your build spot, as production slots cannot be canceled once booked.

Curated items: For non-customized, curated stock we offer a 14-day return window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
