Design Variations: For our laser-etched and 3D-printed items, minor surface textures, tonal variations, or manufacturing artifacts are natural characteristics of the production process. These unique traits do not constitute defects.

Order Cancellations: Because production begins rapidly in our Southern California workshop, requests for cancellations or modifications must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item enters production or engraving, the order cannot be canceled.
