Shipping & Production Policy

At Remedy Works Co., we blend precision in-house manufacturing with a curated ecosystem of premium gear. Because we operate a hybrid workshop, different items have different fulfillment workflows.

Please review our delivery guidelines below to see how your order is processed.

1. Production & Processing Times

• In-House Fabricated Gear (Custom/Laser/3D Prints): Every caddy, plaque, apparel drop, and etched metallic piece is individually manufactured and quality-checked right here in our Southern California workshop. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for fabrication before your items ship.

Note: If your order contains a mix of in-house custom gear and curated stock items, your order may arrive in multiple packages at separate times so you get your gear as fast as possible. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all domestic orders via standard ground carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Shipping times apply after the production/processing windows listed above.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

The moment your package hits the mail, a shipping confirmation email packed with a live tracking link will land in your inbox. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their tracking status.
